Grab a seat and let’s taco-bout it. 🌮 Cinco de Mayo commemorates Mexico’s victory over the Second French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. This victory was a huge morale booster for Mexico’s troops, and Mexican miners in California were so excited about the victory they held boisterous celebrations.
