Yuliya’s Ice Cream will offer handcrafted dairy and vegan ice cream made with all natural, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. To ensure nothing artificial gets added into the ice cream, they make everything from scratch, including the ice cream base, all of the mix-ins, and gluten free waffle cones. Owner, Yuliya Shvinhelskaya, immigrated to the United States in 2015. Alongside popular flavors like Peanut Butter Bars, Butter Almond Crunch and Strawberry Cheesecake – Yuliya will introduce Slavic-inspired flavors in honor of her belarusian roots.
